William is the Founder & Managing Partner of Bullet Partners and brings over twenty years of transactional, operational, and entrepreneurial leadership to the firm as a trusted advisor to private equity, C-suite, and Board of Director clientele. He has led and played an active role as an investor, executive, or advisor to transactions across all stages of a company’s lifecycle.
Prior to Bullet Partners, Mr. Plumer led Strategy & Corporate Development at Experian Health and was Co-Founder & CFO of a venture backed, technology-enabled care coordination business. William has executed transactions at Blackstone-backed Change Healthcare (formerly d/b/a Emdeon) and invested in lower middle-market companies at two leading private equity firms. Earlier in his career, he gained significant experience at Morgan Keegan & Co. and Ernst & Young LLP.
In addition to successfully driving multiple organic growth initiatives and operational best practices throughout his career, Mr. Plumer has executed and managed all phases of the transaction/investment timeline including sourcing, structuring, diligence, integration, portfolio management, and realization.
William graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance and received his MBA from Vanderbilt University with Beta Gamma Sigma honors specializing in Healthcare.

Dr. Plumer is a board-certified anesthesiologist at one of the leading acute-care hospitals in the U.S. He supports select client engagements and business development activities, as well as investment screening and commercial due diligence efforts.
After earning his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia, Dr. Plumer completed residency training at the University of Alabama-Birmingham (UAB). He graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia with a BA in Exercise Science and has been recognized with several distinguished awards for academic and clinical achievement.

Mr. Polisetti started his career as an Analyst at Piper Jaffray (n/k/a Piper Sandler) in the Mergers and Acquisitions group. Thereafter, he joined World 50, a peer-to-peer networking community for senior executives where he partnered with the CFO and CEO on multiple Finance and Strategy initiatives. Furthermore, Satya was a member of Experian Health's Strategy and Corporate Development team as well as Corporate Development Lead for Booz Allen.
